Ali Nomad 5.14b - Alex David Johnson

Spring has sprung in the Front Range! Here's some footage of Alex "Socks" Johnson making a quick ascent of Dave Graham's "Ali Nomad" in Clear Creek Canyon. Inspired by the Spanish master Dani Andrada's fusion route "Ali Hulk", last spring DG linked the Nomad Cave's boulder problem "Off the Books" (V11) into the bolted route "Freaks and Geeks" (5.13d/14a) to establish one of the Front Range's hardest routes "Ali Nomad" 5.14b.
