Sharma's Coup d'etat

Come On! Hearing about Chris Sharma is becoming a bit like hearing about the economy on today's news. He is in climbing media as frequently as Paris Hilton appears in sex tapes.

Well, he has done it again and continues to stun the climbing community by throwing down the hardest routes in the world as easily as a drinking a cold brew. His newest route is called, Golpe de estado. Golpe de estado, is an Immortal Technique song and roughly translated to English means, "to overthrow by power." It is a direct start to an existing route called Estado critico. The new route pushes through a 14d (9a) section followed by an long endurance pitch of 14c/d(8c+) with no rest in between.
