Sasha DiGulian Goes Beyond Plastic

Sasha DiGulian just finished up a rainy week at the Red River Gorge in Kentucky. There, she racked up a quiver of worthy accents including Ultra Perm 13d (8b), which she dispatched on her third redpoint attempt in spite of the foul weather.

Sasha, coming off her impressive win at the SCS Nationals in Salt Lake has been quietly tearing up routes outside in recent months. Her exploits have helped earn her the title as the #1 North American Female Sport Climber on 8a.nu’s Scorecard (she remains 10th in the Global Rankings).

In addition to Ultra Perm, Shasha also completed Kaleidoscope 13c (8a+), Cut Throat 13b (8a) 3rd try, and made an onsight of Crime Time 13a (7c).
