Joe Kinder has done the first ascent of a route he is calling his hardest to date. Dubbed the Re-Up, and located at The Cathedral in southern Utah, the route climbs the crux section of Unforgivable crimpy a 14b/c before punching left. A small rest splits the route before firing into Slaughterhouse 5, another 14b/c. The crux of Slaughterhouse involves a long and awkward V10 sequence that became the crux for Joe who fell on the upper section several times over the course of five days before sending the rig.

Here is what Joe had to say post send:
"I was SO happy to have climbed it. I am still excited...I needed that...This is definitely one of my hardest. It's way more bouldery than Golden Direct and Kryptonite which are both endurance routes. The Re-Up requires power through the first section, but you have to be a solid endurance climber for the upper half."
