From Colorado to Canada the ladies are making the hard lines look easy as they dispatch numerous double-digit classics in RMNP and Squamish.

Following an impressive showing during World Cup in Vail, Alex Puccio has not shown any signs of slowing. Fighting terrible conditions and a split tip Alex was able to make the FFA of the Centaur (V12) a steep line in Rocky Mountain National Park. Alex continues to push the limits on steep powerful lines while showing up the boys.

On the northern border reports have come in claiming Thomasina Pidgeon has dispatched two double-digit lines in Squamish Tim’s Face V11 and Summoning Sit V12. Last summer Pidgeon worked on both lines and this spring she was able to refine her beta and dispatch both problems quickly.

The temps must be getting really good right now as Angie Payne has made the 3rd female ascent of Clear Blue Skies V11 at Mt. Evans. Angie commented on the grade stating “definitely not V12. I guess V11. Today it felt easy 11, but conditions were good.”
