Paul Robinson Claims another Masterpiece and Traversi Conquers Two Kings

Carlo Traversi & Paul Robinson visited Joes Valley for a weekend getaway taking advantage of prime temps to dispatch the areas hardest lines.

Both Robinson and Traversi have been tearing through Joes.  Paul visited the area 3 weeks ago and quickly dispatched Fingerhut Direct (V12/13), claiming the lines 2^nd ascent.  After the trip Paul went back to Colorado to train, but when a snow storm dropped over 2 feet of snow on the ground it was time for a change of scenery, so Paul and Carlo made a great escape.

The two have been at Joes for only two days, but Traversi made short work of two lines The Ghost King and The Porn King, both clocking in at a solid 8a, while Robinson dispatched James Litz's problem The Masterpiece V13. Located on the Renaissance Boulder the line follows an over hanging crimp seam that calls for intense core tension and forced the first ascentionist, Litz, to hold a one-handed superman swing after pushing into the crux gaston.

On his 8a scorecard Robinson compared the line to Hueco's Slashface. No word yet if Paul unlocked new beta, but he confirmed the grade of V13 and stated "his" crux was the lines top out.
