Joe Kinder: Down in Flames
After months of tying in Joe finally gave in to the urge to boulder and paid a visit to Hueco. At the end of his trip he walked away with the second ascent of Down in Flames V12, a problem only a route climber would dream about.

Hueco is full of history, and it doesn’t matter if your heart is found at the end of the rope, it will pull you into its gravity. After spending months ticking off Spain’s hardest sport lines, Joe Kinder decided to revamp his power by paying a visit to Hueco Tanks. After building up his endurance on the limestone tufas of Margalef and Oliana,  Joe was in peak shape, and he dispatched several classic lines such as Rumble in the Jungle V12 and Full Service V10. Joe also managed to grab the second ascent of BJ Tilden’s Down in Flames V12, a line that “climbs like a route” ,according to Joe.
