Summer is never the best time to send a hard project, but that was not the case for Jacinda Hunter as she tackled her winter project and nabbed the FA during the hottest peak of summer.
Last winter, Jacinda was working on two hard problems somewhere in American Fork. Every day she trudged through the snow and laced up her shoes only to fall off the last moves over and over. But, Jacinda has an unending amount of psyche and so during summer when most climbers rest she has been projecting non-stop.
American Fork is right outside Salt Lake City, Utah and currently the temperatures are peaking at 98 degrees. To combat the bad temps Jacinda has been getting up at 5am and coaxing (bribing) belay partners to join her in the canyon.
For all of you who are too young to know what Fantasy Island is stay up late and watch TV Land.
