Do you need an internship to finish your degree in journalism but still want to have time to climb? This might be your gig. Gain 1st hand journalism and computer media experience @ DPM and get credit for it!

Web content Intern

 

Job Duties

Intern will be mainly responsible for gathering, writing, and posting online content. Including but not limited to:

·         Connecting with athletes to get news, photos, interviews, etc..

·         Promoting DPM on other sites

·         Reporting on access and events

·         Writing Music reviews

·         Working with the editorial staff to help keep aware of possible magazine content (i.e. videos, big news, profiles) 

Other Duties

Possible paid editorial duties for the magazine.

 

Qualifications

Journalism major or similar course of study

Require 2 writing samples for review

Must be a rock climber and psyched on DPM.  

Working Conditions

Job will be completely internet based. Intern may work from home and create own schedule. There will be required weekly updates.
