Dave Graham just sent another long standing personal project in Guanella Pass, Colorado. On his scorecard Graham commented on the line stating, “A majestic prow, jutting out of the forest on a northeast facing slope. A very technical compression climb and extra conditiony. Took me eleven days over two seasons, and it was a huge relief to final climb it. Difficult to grade, but one of the more challenging problems I have tried in a very long time, so we will see.” While he was in the area Dave also managed to dispatch Mind Matters and Double Dutchez, both V12. Carlo Traversi also visited Guanella Pass and pulled off an impressive flash ascent of Mind Matters (V12).
Dave is currently on his way to China for the Petzl Rock Trip. Stay tuned for some video and updates from this massive venture organized by Petzl.
