Daniel Woods Fa’s New V15 & Graham Quickly Grabs the Second

The hits just keep on coming from Lincoln Lake, Colorado's Wolverine Land as Daniel Woods has established yet another V15 dubbed Warrior Up.

 

 

 

Wolverine Land continues to prove that it still has untapped potential as Daniel Woods snags yet another first ascent. Woods along with an entourage of strong climbers have been working feverishly to excavate the area and put up new problems. Wood’s latest problem Warrior Up was an open roof problem that revolved around three hard moves and what Wood’s called, “the first non-hold.” Graham quickly repeated the line and commented, “"The amazing roof project, it was very powerful, yet still very technical. The first move is big trouble. It took four days of work just to do it once, and then it never really got any easier! Definitely the hardest up in the area, and the first boulder I have done of this level in some time now.” There is still time before winter hits to put up some more hard lines in area.   It will be a race against time.
