Via Tommy Caldwell's Facebook page comes news that he and Alex Honnold have free climbed Yosemite's El Capitan, Half Dome, and Mt. Watkins in a 21-hour push. All together, that adds up to about 7,500 feet of climbing with difficulties up to 5.13a. Rock and Ice reports that the time for each formation was: Mt. Watkins in 2:40, El Cap in 6:45 and Half Dome in 5:00. Total time came out to 21 hours and 15 minutes. This is the first time the trio has been free climbed, though Dean Potter and Tim Oneill had completed the sub 24-hour feat with aid in 2001.
