Jan Hojer has claimed the first ascent of Marathon de Boissey and Guillaume Glairon-Mondet has put up Toupie Carnivore Assis (both 8C/V15) in Fontainebleau, France.
UKClimbing reports that Hojer’s new problem is located in the Boissy aux Cailles sector. It traverses from left to right and finishes with L'Arête de Boissy (7c+/V10). Just a few months ago, Hojer established Jour de Chasse, another V15 in Font that saw a 2nd ascent by Guillaume Glairon-Mondet shortly after.
Glairon-Mondet’s new 8C problem is located in the Rocher St. Germain sector of Font. It’s a sit start to an 8B/V13 he established two weeks ago called La Toupie Carnivore. The problem looks like a classic Font sloper affair with a single movement that took him eight sessions to master. Guillaume has the full run down and a nice series of photos on his blog.
